A term used to describe people who live in and are members in a concentrated area that used to be popular but are now drug addicts.

Fiend

A fiend is someone who is addicted to something but cannot afford it, so they are always begging someone for a front or begging for someone to share with them.

This fiend won’t stop asking me to front him some percs.

This fiend keeps begging to hit my nicotine.

Trinity is such a fiend, she refused to get a job but expects everyone to just give her drugs!

Fiend hit

When you smoke a cigarette off the but you hold it and smoke through your thumb and pointer finger to act as a filter rather than putting your lips on the actual cigarette filter. Some trick fiends would do to avoid catching any disease from whoever previously smoked it.

"Hey dude I went to walmart and got a couple boges from the ashtray, you want one?"

"Yeah, but im gonna fiend hit it."
