Skip Dweller

Someone who rummages through 'skips' (aka dumpsters) for useful items. Can also be used to refer to anyone who looks through a pile of discarded material for hidden treasures. Shortened sometimes to 'Skippy'.

(to someone looking thru a pile of someone else's garbage)
