PRGramps Issue

An issue that has occurred, but actually don't make sense. Even other people who are specialized in all kinds of issues aren't familiar with it, and don't know hwo to solve it. They need to learn a whole new strategy to resolve this problem. It's not always a bad thing to have a PRGramps Issue. But, it often is unhandy, and it can make you have to do some more steps before continuing whatever you were doing.
