"Tutorial mode" Or simply "Tutorial" implies that 1. Your opponent needs to stay on tutorial mode to *clears throat* "Git gud bruh" and/or 2. They play like CPUs in a tutorial match.

the tendency for tutorials to become out of date or irrelevant over time for for critical links to be broken over time making it a garbage tutorial that just frustrates people trying to learn.

overwatch videos are very much subject to tutorial decay as heros are changed.
the same can be said about a fair few technical tutorials on machine learning and stuff like angular.

Tutorial hell is a state where one endlessly consumes tutorials without ever truly mastering a subject or starting a meaningful project. This is a state of perpetual learning, often marked by the consumption of one tutorial after another without putting acquired knowledge into practice. While tutorials are excellent for grasping concepts, relying solely on them can hinder your progress.

I’ve been in tutorial hell for weeks now, watching endless videos on web development, but I still haven’t built a single project—just consuming knowledge without applying it!
