When you are feeling uli, it means that you are OBSESSED with weird speeches, like saying "DOORCHIME METAL OFF AND UPWARD CARROT TULIPS" over and over again at your friends, pets, siblings and even fax machines.

That girl was giving me uli vibes when she started singing "Yankee Doodle" by starting each word loudly and quietly at the same time with the letters E, X, Y and A.
