A colony of rats consisting scavengers, mothers, and chefs. Can only be found in France. Rats consist of various vegetables coming together to create one unique dish. Ratatouille can be found in sewers, under houses, and in your local French cuisine restaurant.

verb: to control someone into doing something by standing on their head and pulling their hair. ideally done by a rat under a hat. having someone or a rat control you in this way is called "getting ratatouille." a reference to the Disney Pixar film Ratatouille, where a rat pulls the chef's hair under his chef hat to make him a good cook.
