Heli‑Harvester:
A dark, cynical nickname for an air ambulance, used jokingly or conspiratorially to accuse it of prioritising the rapid removal and preservation of organs from critically injured patients for profit, rather than purely lifesaving care.

Lee:
Bruv, it must cost a fortune to keep those air ambulances going.
How do they even afford it?
