Ultra ban is used to describe a ban, although usually it is an IP ban or something similar.

Such as having your account disabled in the Amino app, or being perma-banned in World of Warcraft or World of Tanks

use to describe someone who is insensitive and show no empathy.

Originated from Asia, where one student took his own life after being shamed by his formal form teacher when he was studying abroad.

She was such a Ban to shame him in front of the whole school for his suicide attempt.
