Post farm

(noun) On forums, any topic in which people post for the sake of increasing their post count, post farms often go unnoticed as people will post something which looks like they have something to say on the subject even though they are saying the same thing as everyone else.

Person 1: Have you seen the latest quiz topic?

Person 2: You know those are all just post farms right?

Person 1: So? who cares the mods don't do anything about them.

When you accidentally post unintelligible status updates on social networks by involuntarily pressing buttons on your PDA or cell phone.

"WTF was that nonsense on Facebook man?"

"Damn...musta been another butt-post...I gotta stop carrying that Blackberry in my pocket!"

grudge post

used in forums, it means to post something about someone just for the purpose of trying to humiliate them because you have a grudge against them. when its really obvious a certain post is a 'grudge post', people comment the post saying something along the lines of: 'unfunny grudge post is unfunny.' usually the person who makes the 'grudge post' ends up looking the fool.

When used on messageboards, notably Collegehumor's, it means that some douche has gotten a first by commenting before the picture/article/video has gone national

When someone posts to Facebook from the bathroom.
