AP Stacking

The process of taking as many AP courses as possible to increase your weighted GPA and look better for colleges. Tends to be done in the 11th grade, or Junior year.

The rigor of taking even more than 2 AP courses forces one to develop proper time management skills, as they’ll have extracurriculars and a social life to juggle.

Guy 1: Yeah, I’m taking 7 APs Junior year. Gonna be absolute hell, but I need that 4.8.

Guy 2: Wow, and I thought I was AP stacking. I’m taking 4, and self-studying for 1.

Guy 3: I’m taking two, but they relate to my major so it should be fine.

Guy 4: You guys are taking APs?
