I am amazed that anyone would bother suing for treble damages; since many audiophiles --- especially the younger ones --- complain that their systems don't produce enough BASS... usually the midrange and high notes come through just fine.

In some shooters, this is either completely impossible or only possible under certain circumstances. For example, you can only get collateral kills in Splatoon 2 with charger-class weapons.
In some shooters, certain weapons might still qualify for collateral damage despite having splash damage. For example, the Spartan Laser in Halo qualifies for collateral damage because the laser can pierce through players.
Alternatives: Pierce Kills, Penetration Kills, Chain Kills, One-Bullet Combos, X Birds with One Stone/Bullet

Get the Collateral Damage mug.Da opposite of "treble damages"; it refers to what a court awards you due to a loudspeaker-array's woofers sounding grindy, buzzy, and/or just plain crappy.
You can also be awarded "bass damages" if someone's excessively-loud/thumpy woofers cause hearing-loss and/or structural harm to your property.
