Whetherness

1. of referring to whether the decision was made; and what action was taken
Status, but for whether the decider did something. cause and effect type
disregarding the rest of the context of the decision and effects
2. of determining a note (about your environment, for example). you observe that the circumstance is one way. On reference to that, you can recall or not the state of the environment. In doing so, you decide which actors were where.
