The fatty mass of tissue located around a human's posterior that serves the purpose of cushioning the impact of falling while trying to climb a set of stairs with the pants down around the ankles.

The postman's oomple bomp was red and raw after his twenty-third fall while trying to get up the stairs with his pants down around his ankles.

This word originates in english speaking eastern european crime circles from the word "bumping" it's use has been recorded first in the early 21st century.

Man 1: woah, dude I just took steroids! I'm FREAKING OUT, WOAHH I'M THE BEST MAN TO EVER MAN IN THE WORLD
Man 2: Geez dude, It looks like your Bomping hard man!
