Living Death

A state of grief so intense, so unimaginable, so unconscionable, you lack the coping skills to process what’s happened, so you just go through the motions of your subsequent days with as little effort or even consciousness as possible.

If my child or partner was murdered in a mass shooting, I would probably suffer living death.

Death Techno

A subgenre of dark techno that is more intense and has stronger instrumentals. Like death metal, it is often more guttural at parts of it, however the gutturality is most often expressed in the instrumentals, rather than the vocals. Like dark techno, death techno is more of a vibe than a defined category and as such, what fits in the subgenre is often subjective.

My favorite death techno song is Poltergeist by Zatox.
