Racial term or slang for someone from the ghetto, preferably black or African American, going around the neighborhood destroying and/or vandalizing private property.

Sean: hey man! There’s a BLM protest down the street.
Tom: Nah man, those are just street chimps looting and stealing John’s Electronics Store.

Usually applied to "influencers" who lack the talent to obtain followers authentically. Examples of chimps include Abbey Lee Miller, Teri Shields, and Melissa Gisoni.
