Whenever someone else blows smoke in your face, whether it be cigarette smoke, smoke from a bong, or even steam from a vape.

Lung ass is a derivative from smoking joints, where the tail end is called an ass.

Person 1: "Hey smoke this" *Blows smoke in person 2's face*
Person 2: "Man i don't want your lung ass!"

Deadly disease of the lungs. Symptoms include: Inflammation of lungs and surrounding organs, coughing blood, weakness, nausea, and death.
