Cali is a great girl she may not seem perfect at first but she is one you really know her. She can’t keep a secret at all so she is really not a great friend but she is great in bed. She makes all the boy’s heads turn when she walks by. Normally has blonde hair but is be great with black hair also.

A metaphorical type of permission for non-native born Californians, and/or guests (Tourists) to be in The Great State of California, analogus to a visa stamp one would recieve traveling to another country.

Though not explicitly given, any native born California or group of the same can 'revoke' a Cali Pass for disrespectful behavior toward California, Californian Values, and/or Californians rendering the guest or non-native born Californian persona non grata in California in perpetuity, on pain of violence.

Passes can refer to specific cities, counties, areas by name.

Cali is a girl who is very sensitive and sweet. She has a great personality, and she never lets people down. Cali is extremely trustworthy. On the inside, sometimes she might feel sad or upset, but she will not allow her emotions bring other people down. Many Calis are very creative and down to earth. When she is with her friends, she becomes more extroverted. Calis understand the importance of friendship and they would never try to hurt someones feelings on purpose. Calis enjoy being themselves. They like to lead their own path and be independent. Little people dislike Calis, because they are always so grateful and compassionate towards others.

Cali is not just the nickname of a state she is also an amazing girl. Cali is one of the most beautiful people you will ever meet. She had the best personality and will stay by your side no matter what. She is a friend everyone wishes they had. Is you get a Cali make sure to never lose her. She is crazy and sometimes a little weird but that’s okay because that what makes her Cali. Cali is outright perfect and her blue/green eyes will make you fall in love. Her smile just lights up any room.

People who either live in or visit California, yet retain little to no knowledge of said state outside of the mainstream media representation.

Most think California is entirely made of beaches, palm trees, Hollywood and rich people, when in fact it spans most of the western most edge of the United States, and has many different geographical regions, and sub-cultures.
