Friend 2: Yeah it sent me down a rabbit scroll for like an hour and I missed the deadline for my paper on ADHD.

A euphemism for inviting someone over to your place to engage in scrolling on your phone with Netflix playing in the background. Thus the expression, "let's Netflix and Scroll!" should be understood by the invitee as "let's come over to my place and scroll!"

Shirley: I'm 100% down for some Netflix and Scrolling
