This is a move performed on a women by a man typically. The woman lays on flat on her stomach with her legs straight. Definition - when one is "Tequila and limed" you might say one has been ratta tatta tattled on the underside of flat!

Tequila being the ratta and lime being the tatta therefore one is tattled ...... which begs the question what does tattled mean???
