To inquire about one's preference for anal sex in the third encounter(conversation) with said person. Then, to have anal sex shortly, thereafter. Immediately would be preferable, without any intermediate conversations. Male to male use of this is not condonned, but words are words, so if they adopt it, so be it, but this case is refering to guy to girl; girl to guy; or girl to girl. Unless, the male to male conversation is asking about the said male's preference for anal sex with other women, and no anal sex between the males must follow.

When a basketball player uses only one hand to create the commonly-referenced "three-goggles" after making a three pointer. The gesture is made by putting the okay sign (a circle made from your thumb and index finger, with other three fingers outwards) up to only one eye, Mr. Peanut style.

These two definitions are both right. In the popular T.I. song, What You Kno, T.I. uses a metaphor to bring together the act of sellin cocaine three kilograms (keys) at a time with the act of calling to arrange the deal. When he says "key by the three" he is stating that he has three keys of cocaine and also that he is using his nextel to arrange the deal.
