Friendly close friends term for a member in a social group who is known for their activism and is also a very outward lesbian. The term originated in University of Sussex Brighton when a group of 'Allies' had several friends in the group who were highly motivated in activism. Although it is uncertain which friend first coined the phrase, it has been used in the south coast of England since 2011.
