Coming from Scottish and grunge, Scrunge is a genre but also so much more. Scrunge is like you haven't taken a shower in two weeks but you've never felt cleaner in your life. Scrunge is free feeling of flying without leaving the ground. Scrunge is a state of mind.

I've been really getting into scrunge recently.

Buzzfeed: “Gen Z says side parts are illegal”
Millenials: “omg how dare they?!? not my side part I look so ugly without it”
Gen z: “what about side parts? I’ve literally never heard anyone say that. That’s just another scrunge”

Buzzfeed: “Gen Z is now using Cheugy to hate on millenials”
Millenials: *tears*
Gen Z: “buzzfeed just scrunged again. Relax”
