If one of your parents are 1/4 black, the offspring would be considered a fusto.

The kid had the longest and straightest of brown hair paired with slightly tanned skin so others were shock when I yelled “FUSTY” to get his attention.

When something or someone is so overly disgusting you are unable to look at it. Fusty is a combined word of “fucking musty”.
