A term used to describe people from Romania, Republic of Moldova, and The Balkans, due to the fact that, despite being white Europeans (hence the term "snow"), their mentality, level of education and way of life are not quite European, because they think and behave like the people from the 3rd world countries from Middle East, Africa or South Asia. They are usually insanely religious, with absolutely no contact with the real world and no tolerance for people with different beliefs. They also don't seem to care about personal hygiene and a healthy diet. Also their music sucks.

A snow rabbit is basically the male equivalent of a snow bunny, a white guy who goes for black girls or even black guys. it could also be a slang term for an attractive white guy.
