you might have not heard it that often since it appeared recently..
its when a couple have a really wonderful healthy relationship that helped both of them grow and they love eachother alot etc, they 'got what marinx got', the cooler equivalent of "relationship goals"

and a related scentence is: 'want what marinx got'

note: this expression is very swag and cool and makes you look cooler bc its new so go ahead and use it

The Fermi Paradox got them

A phrase used to describe when someone you know ghosts you or disappears from your life.

It can also be used when someone stops talking to you mid-conversation and vanishes for long periods of time without an explanation given to you before or after.

The joke is that they were met with an extinction event that they couldn't survive through and now do not exist.

Thespy: The extinction event is real.
