A popular phrase on the internet that was in Dragon Ball Z used by Vegeta when he and Nappa first arrive to Earth and come across Goku. Nappa ask how strong his power level is and Vegeta says his power level is "over 9000"

Vegeta: Its over 9000!

Nappa: What 9000 thats no way that could be right
