Stands for "Mature Adults Grooming Adolescents" a political movement supported by individuals who support global sex trade and protecting pedophiles publicly. Often very vocal about children while supporting policies to expand the sex trade and starve kids.

I really don't like anyone who supports MAGA around kids anymore since they seem to enthusiastically support that kind of behavior.

Those afflicted also refuse to consider alternate viewpoints, instead shutting down what they think is dissent by assuming them to be radical, dangerous or unpatriotic.
