Himalayan Goat Surf

When a male (with some form of consent) busts his load in his partner’s hair (medium-long in length) and morphs the sticky stiff hair into goat horns, then the male proceeds to jump on the back of his partner’s back grabbing the the solidified horns and riding their partner like a surfboard on the sheets.
