Lifestyle situation in the Southwest Canadian region.

The act of chilling pretty aggressively, near or around waves, during the week while collecting income. Originating in the United State of California.

Bicycling during the day beachside between/during calls. Often includes brunch outdoors and/or starting the workday by logging in remotely around 12pm ET.

Usually involves: work, weekday vibes, waking up without an alarm, remote +/- sandwiches, coffee, avocado toast, etc.

My cousin, Sergio, gets mad top on the west coast and his work is straight Cali WFH. I’m hella jealous of the culture.

A feeling of missing, or bittersweet longing for California. Cali-Nostaligi describes the feeling that many people get, whether they traveled to Cali for vacation, or are native Californians displaced in another state; therefore missing California.
