The softest gang of the city. Crew in which spends time trying to be hard, but fails miserably at everything they attempt at. Used to describe a soft crew.

a shit-ass awesome after school club, made up of the people who do all the REAL jobs in theater. next to them, actors are superfluous extras.

A group of shady men in beige trenchcoats and tall fedoras who carry stop signs, but appear to be doing nothing. Only other road crew workers are allowed to pass by them, and any information on the Milkman is strictly confidential to the group.
