When a person feeles compelled to do something with his hands or fingers at any moment, the person most likely has Karstiben syndrome. If you uncontrollably have to do something with you hands of fingers, you most likely have Karstiben sydrome. Karstiben syndrome can range from somthing as small as toying with a pen for example klicking it repeatedly, to build a complete house to satisfy your need for something to do.
