ranting is letting your feelings escape you instead of bottling up.
you can rant by telling others, writing it out, screaming it to yourself, speaking to a therapist and many more options.
when you rant you realise that you feel better even though all those things may still be there you feel like you’ve overcome a step and moved on to the next.

It’s like an obstacle course where you have to get through one challenge to get to the next.

you will get through this no matter what.

An absolute blown-out-of-proportion, tho usually valid, rant. Normally one sided and not directed at the listener (should there be one). These rants usually arouse such anger that the person ranting becomes embarrassed but cannot stop it while it is occuring
