n. A disease which is caused by playing too much DDR in short periods of time. Symptoms include, but are not limited to: twitching feet, tapping out beats in class, and humming your favorite songs. There is no known cure. See DDR, Dance Dance Revolution.

After repetitive playing of DDR, I had acquired Danceritis.

someone who everyone thinks shes anerixic and she really isn't. you might consider it a sport but its really a art which you work just as hard if not harder at dance than a prefesional athlete would at thier soprt. you work hard and do your best. its not as easy as everyone thinks it is because if it was, then everyone would be doing it. just because i can lift my leg up high doesnt mean that im stuck up or a bitch. we work hard at ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop or pointe not at being a slut in a bar or a lap sitter.

i dance and im not a slut or stuck up and i've danced with American Ballet Theatre and School Of American Ballet.

An exclamation of joy and happiness, this slang term is used across central Scotland and covers the full range of positive outbursts. Thought to have first been used during filming of the Moulin Rouge in Paris by a world famous Scottish actor, the term “Ya Dancer,” is also used in reference to the reindeer of the same name who works at the aforementioned venue.

When you see a reindeer dressed in stunning evening wear, you'd probably exclaim "Ya Dancer". Especially if you are a famous Scottish actor.

a) Dancerous, adj., When dance spreads rapidly and becomes contagious and uncontrollable inducing smiling and happiness. Much like a laughing fit but with much more flailing.

Sun, alcohol, friends, and dank beats have all been linked to dancerous situations but research is still needed to conclude an absolute cause. To date the only cure known is to literally dance your ass off.
