Placas de Texas

Part of the expression: "Bandera de Mexico, Placas de Texas." TRANSLATION: Mexican flag, Texas license plates
MEANING: Refers to mexicans and mexican-americans who put some type of sticker on their car refering to Mexico as #1, or a sticker saying they're 100% Mexican...and then having Texas license plates on the same car.

Hey..how come Pedro didn't sign up for selective service yet ?...look, Bandera de Mexico, Placas de Texas. That explains it.
