Used to describe a person who is boring and/or a snitch. Used mainly in south america, amongst people who speak english as a second language. Not very common to use in the USA

Dude 1: Ugh, Tony snitched on yesterday's dorm party, he told Mr. Wilson underage kids were drinking!
