I would consider a dumpy mofo to be a person who is not only a mother fucker (mofo) but also quite dumpy. HOWEVER a dumpy mofo does not have to be on welfare or techinacally fuck a mother. A dumpy mofo is someone who is quite grubby and for embellishment you add mofo at the end.

You never leave the house anymore since you get food stamps now you dumpy mofo.

Someone with a big dump truck asss. Someone who prefers a dirty bulk diet and is therefore on the larger end (almost pregnant looking).
