Penis Audio

Definition: When a man misinterprets a woman's sincere, non-sexual request for or offer of something as a sexual advance. In other words, he "hears" with his penis.

Example:
Female coworker: "Can we get together some time this week and go over the new brochures?" (Inner thoughts: "Sigh. I hope he doesn't think I'm coming on to him. I really hope he has his penis audio turned completely off this time.")

Male coworker: "Of course." (Inner thoughts: "She wants to fuck me." )

audio startle

When you forget you have your computer speakers on and one of those audio alerts (from spell checker,you've got mail,Weatherbug, etc) scares the crap out of you. Can also occur when computer is idle but the speakers are on if you have an Aquarium screen saver.(bubbling water)

I was already sitting on a poop knob when I received an audio startle that made me soil myself.

Audio Camouflage

When you don't want yourself or someone to hear something, so you cover it up with another sound to drown it out.

This could be if you are playing a tv show or music single in the background to cover up the sounds of "self gratification". Other reasons to use audio camouflage are if you wanted to cover up the sound of a fart, a soda can opening, or if you have a noisy neighbour. This is not to be confused with "white noise". For one, "white noise" is part of a much broader spectrum including "brown noise", "pink noise", etc. Also, the use of things such as "white noise" is mostly to concentrate your mind on one sound to fall asleep.

"You couldn't hear me fapping in my room because I used audio camouflage."
