solutioneering

A condescending buzz word used when someone disagrees with someone else's solution to a problem, and by using this word they call into question the method used to solve the problem instead of offering any truly useful input. This term is quite often used in situations where someone is trying to stop someone else from being productive.
Person 1: "I've just about had it with Bob's solutioneering. He always pitches answers to problems without defining the problem."
Person 2: "Well, do you have any better ideas on how to solve the problem?"
Person 1: "ummmmm...."

The most common, if not the only message you will see when linking to Microsoft's "solution pages" after using the error reportingfeature

Example: When my PC couldn't play music due to a "missing audio device error" I linked to this message screen.
So I went looking on message boards for similar issue and found one. The person posted about how Microsoft had nothing.
That forum entry was posted two YEARS before.
Me: Oh cool! I can just link to Microsoft's solution page! How convenient....

This problem was caused by Windows. This program was created by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Corporation does not currently have a solution for the problem that you reported.

Me: You've got to be kidding. Oh Cool! Windows has a built-in help program....

One-Solution Commentator

An irrationally biased and narrow-viewed blog writer, typically unable to articulate the fundamental premises of multi-faceted arguments or opposing views. Prone to repeating a single point of (often mistaken) drivel by way of meaningless mantra repetitions.
One who offers no significant input into a public debate, though emitting a distracting noise; the subject of public scorn and social rejection.

press go solution

all due diligence is done on the deal so it's a "solution" and not an "idea".
Employee: Hey office manager man - I'd like to buy a new fridge for the office.. Can I get one?

Office Manager: Give me a "press go solution".

Employee: Hey office manager man, I found a great fridge on craigslist it will fulfill all our office fridge requirements, it is this size, will fit right here, costs $200, plenty of room for the office pot luck parties and it will be less than $20 utility cost a month.

Office Manager: Ok lets do it. Or - Nah too much money! I have a decision to make since its a "press go" solution!
