a person who really tries to get something done but everything else seems to get in the way (like looking up words on urban dictionary) and then all of the sudden its the night before the test or assignment and you wonder what happened to all the time. aka a mixture of add and just being a college kid...

Procrastinate

Manifesting actions or work between 24 - 48 hours in which said action/work is required, under the logic "as time passes one will be older and therefore wiser; henceforth by procrastinating the best, smartest and most capable work is being put forth."
Teacher: You must stop procrastinating.
Student: I passed.
Teacher: But bad habits-
Student: Hush now, I passed.
