Short for “Acknowledged.” Mostly used by military personnel to quickly confirm that they received the sender’s note, email, task, order or request.

“Ack” can also mean “Yes; Ok; Got it; I’m on it; or Confirmed.”

ACK!

An onomatopoeic description of the act of suicide (by hanging). The sound is similar to the exhalation of air caused by a rope tightening around someone's neck, choking them.

Commonly used by 'teens to insult valid and xholsome trans xisters, but can be applied to anyone you think should rope.
Usually used as if cutting off the previous sentence, as shown in the example below:

Troon: "My boss just sacked me for being trans!"
