The Perry Effect

The Perry Effect states that someone or something is completely inconspicuous or unrecognizable unless they possess a characteristic item.

The Perry Effect derives from the character Perry the Platypus from the American TV show, "Phineas and Ferb", based on how the villain, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, cannot recognize Perry the Platypus unless he is wearing his signature hat.

The Bagel Effect

What happens when someone throws a bagel at a random guy, causing the other person to become that person's arch nemesis. A good example of this is when Miles Morales thew a Bagel at Johnathan Oone, causing Johnathan to develop an intense hatred towards Miles, after that (and a collider incident) Johnathan became The Spot, who claims to be Miles's nemesis.

Guy 1: I'm gonna throw this bagel at someone!
Guy 2: No! You'll cause The Bagel Effect!
Guy 1: *Throws bagel at Guy 3*
(A year later)
Guy 1: *Minding his business*
Guy 3: Remember me? I am your worst enemy.
Guy 1: WHAT THE?! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?

The Riddlerbat Effect

Named after the ship between Bruce Wayne/Batman and Edward Nygma/The Riddler from the 2022 movie “The Batman”, The Riddlerbat Effect is where ship content made by a teenager, that most commonly (but not always) involves two grown men that are greatly mischaracterized as if they were half their age; woobification. This is due to the fact that teens can’t relate to people in their 30s, nor do they have any idea what grown adults with full-time jobs do in their free time.

I can tell that The Riddlerbat Effect is kicking in with JohnJack over there. Why else would teenagers draw John Doe as a neet twink and Jack Deer as a brooding emo?

The Mpemba effect, sounding similar to the Mandela effect, is when you misspell or misattribute something to a similar sounding word. For instance, writing 'like pottery' instead of 'like poetry'. Because of this, the Mpemba effect is itself the Mpemba effect of the Mandela effect.

Q: Where did the term 'like pottery' originate from?
A: Oh, that's just the Mpemba effect working on 'like poetry'.
