the group known as the brother hood of steel is a group of men following the leader known as elder Maxson. the men can usually be found in giant metal suits of armor known as power armor. they have been in las vegas, Washington dc, and boston. they have been reported helpful to society they help people get food, water and recover valuable technology from dangerous people. there biggest victory yet is destroying both the enclave and the Institute both groups that are what they call "cleansing the land" the enclave had made a virus called the FEV virus and the Institute is a group that replace humans with machines called "synths" the group has gone under cover and is planning there next journey to west Virginia
