Black borough

The borough of southwark england, called this because it has black trashcans. Known as a "gangsta" area because of places such as camberwell, walworth (woolyhood, gaza strip Glock 17 etc.) and and most notably peckham because of their rivalry with the ghetto boys and brixton in general.
Lively place though and great place to buy weed (Especially from guys out of the walworth area)

Calling shotgun on the front passenger seat only to be black belted into the back seat.

A mixed beer drink, similar to a black and tan, comprised of Guinness floated over Stella Artois. The ratio of Guinness to Stella should be slightly higher than in a black and tan.

The plural form is placed on the first word, as in:

singular = black on blonde
plural = two blacks on blonde
