The act of smoking some form of narcotic ie. a bong rip, followed by the secretion of a flem or vomit like substance uncontrollably from the oral cavity and/or nose.

Dominic hit his pipe and ran to the bathroom, unfortunately not before he plasm spasmed all over my room.
