Referred to, sometimes, by the numbers 3-6. 36 comes from the movement's purpose, LIBERATE the people from their ignorance, UNITE as one, CONQUER the tyrranical system. "L" is twelveth letter in alphabet, "U" is twenty first, and "C" is third; 12+21+3. Runs an apparel line as a way to spread their message from hats, shirts to car decals. Most popular phrase (shirt) coined by this group is "Screw the Blue" or in other words, "fuck the police".
