A person(s) that is mentally inept, fragile, wound tightly, and under the slightest amount of pressure will "pop" and come undone completely. This person(s) mental fortitude is not only a joke but also combustible, pathetic and weak as tissue paper. Much like the anti-climactic toy "Pop-Its" they are definitely far from the brightest and are nothing special to behold. This often leads to things becoming more difficult for everyone around them. The only purpose of these pitiful excuses of people is to fall apart. Most likely a byproduct of over pampering or poor upbringing with no real-world experience whatsoever. Typically mention of said "Pop-Its" is usually being dropped, tossed or thrown at feet, confusing them and the people around them.
