Get the Grinch-Hawking mug.A beautiful little casino town with not so friendly casino workers that can't smile and live by the motto "let's make it as gard as we can for the guests" If you need directions, a wheel chair, late check out, extra pillow, or anything these folks will have to think about you are better off checking online or calling so yo don't have to deal with the customer service reps in person. The Saaquatch and The Wild Card(smoking casino) are cool little casinos that have good affordable food and a pretty nice staff; just don't run out of money or let your dog bark and you will be fine. The Monarch is as close to Vegas as it gets. This is a great spot for a formal night or a place to find drunk hippies at 3am. The greatest thing about Black Hawk is the shuttle that takes you to every casino. The shuttle is always full of life and great conversations.
