A culture flash occurs in your local area or when you travel outside of the county. Different cultures may cause you to have a culture flash, but the flash only last 10 seconds.

When you’re dropping a load in the toilet that’s too much to go down and the water level rises up so that your balls get dipped in the broth, but ends up flushing after all before the bowl overflows. Result of not performing courtesy flushes along the way
