A very serious terminal condition that has no cure and can cause virginity and stupidity, some have said that might even cause people to "Lick My Balls". Many Fortnite streamers/players have contracted this disease from strenuous playing or stealing their moms credit card to buy V Bucks.

Ninja has contracted Ligma from playing Fortnite too much and being a toxic person.
