Acting against someone by demanding from them (and/or suppressing them and/or pressuring them into something and/or hurting them), while ignoring reason, logic and their individual rights, freedoms.. They place their own ego, wants and feelings first and justify it with own fantasies fueled by fallacies and often having group pressure on their side (which does nothing to prove it just makes it more disruptive and threatening to disprove or stop it and less likely that people will believe the alternative - nazi propaganda style). (Some people in the group want the unfairness enforced, because they want to support it as a social norm or hide this case by normalizing it with numbers of people involved, so that they could later use it against someone too.)
Normies are more susceptible to this as it takes stupidity or ignorance, lack of awareness and self-awareness, lack of individual moral development (or some sort of mental limitation preventing it like sadism or psychopathy), then it's authority fallacy (arrogance) + bandwagon + groupthink and many others.

So I've been watching The Dead Zone - in S01E10 fear-driven shizo sheeple had tried to burn the new weird guy in town at the stake by slapping together made up evidence, fallacies and having a kangaroo court for the sake of stalling; and in S02E07 he's been kidnapped by schizos who'd convinced themselves with their fantasy reasons, that they will be rich from using this guy and making it into a movie, and that they won't get punished for it.

In other words: de facto they are doing bad things to people (or participating or accomplices in doing), but since the majority (or their local majority) is ok with the targets and the intensity of the bad (and maybe cheering/enabling them) - it's normalized, everyone moves on after this just fine, being used to no accountability.

She's manipulating submissive men's biased empathy to attack me, she's using any and all private information she's had been trusted with while being with me as "collected database" against me - for slander, doxing - to destroy my further life. Has the same issues as any other democracy or a place, with group majorities - tribalism and its cultural influence: A place were simps, feminists, bitches, are making their tribal biases/opinions 'scientific', while linking what is pretty much their own blog's shitposts for sources; and nerds are trying to make their hobby/area of expertise articles as unreadable as possible for a commoner.
Has a tendency of throwing you into a rabbit whole of information, when you've already forgotten your initial question and have ended up reading articles on ancient Chinese schools of thought for no reason.
